Quality guarantee

If there is a print error or visible quality issue, Bone Jungle will replace or refund it. Contact support with clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and your order number.

Made to order

Because products are made to order, general returns, exchanges, and sizing-related returns are not accepted.

Cancellations

Use the link in your confirmation email to edit or cancel an order before it goes to production. After delivery, quality issues can be reported within 30 days.

Payments & international orders

Checkout supports cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and, where available, Klarna, AfterPay, and local methods. International orders may be subject to duties or taxes.

Merchant of record

Orders are handled by Bone Jungle’s merchandising partner Fourthwall, which handles order-related enquiries and returns.
